Education " Experience MBA in Marketing Minimum 10 - 12 years experience in brand consulting, brand planning and strategy management consulting (with a focus on marketing and brand) Must include exposure to Direct Marketing, ATL, Online/Digital marketing
Job Profile Understand the client’s nature of business and their branding needs. Develop an understanding of their business, objectives, target markets and competition. He /She is expected to use their knowledge and experience to collaborate and ideate with clients and the creative teams to form strategic, integrated brand innovation programs that accomplish the clients' objectives. In depth experience of business development and account management expertise focused on the development of integrated brand development programs. He/She must have a strong network/ relationships in the market. Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of traditional and online media with a strong understanding of marketing and the principles of advertising. Skilled in analyzing and interpreting research results and its business impact, and using the information to form marketing strategies, tactics and integrated program recommendations
Skills Required: Excellent client-facing skills, a communications style and work style that engage the client collaboratively and responsively creating a positive “client experience” Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work in the context of performing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines Outstanding business development skills and experience writing proposals, strategy documents, communications plans, and presentation talking points. Strong verbal presentation skills Team player and the ability to lead a team of 5 - 6 members
